Our family business, Mind Your Castle, LLC serves the Mount Dora, Florida area. We provide absentee homeowners with a home tending service: monitoring, inspecting, maintaining and minor repairs. Previously, while owning our Florida home and waiting to retire, we recognized the need for a responsible and caring, quality local home tending service. When we became your year-round neighbors in the CCMD full-time, we decided to address the need we saw.

Home tending by Mind Your Castle can provide daily, weekly or monthly service, for the short term or long term. You are only billed for the period of time that your home is unoccupied. You will be promptly notified of anything out of the ordinary, with our recommendations for correcting the situation. We will provide an update on the extreme weather conditions locally via our web site's news section and thus, a little peace of mind. We will also report on your home’s condition after a hurricane passes, again with our recommendations if there is any damage. Be assured that each home we monitor is treated with the same care as our own.
